Setting Up
The value of our LLC formation service is €199+VAT and allows you to open your company in a short time with legal telephone support. We will take care of everything: an expert will follow you step by step with all the necessary documents and you will also have included the appointment with the notary.
Notary
At the time of incorporation you will have to pay the initial taxes equal to approximately €1,200 and the cost of the notary which with us is only €800+VAT for the online procedure or €1,800+VAT for the traditional in-person procedure.
Contracts
After incorporation, you will be able to create tailor-made contracts and request consultancy with professionals for any legal requirement of the new company (e.g. contracts for suppliers and customers, commercial agreements, trademark registration, privacy and website terms and conditions).
Accounting
Once the company has been established, it will be necessary to complete the additional requirements to start the business and manage the accounting correctly. Our customers can also request the online accounting service at the price of €1,499+VAT for the first quarter. This price includes all the necessary formalities after the incorporation of the company.
